Database Refactor

A major issue causing some service outages is the way our database is setup, it’s very easy to break things because the database is unstructured. This refactor/migration will move Points to use a structured database which should make things more reliable and also make things easier to add.

Deadline is end of Q2 but very likely to be ready before then.
